Dr. Subodh Agrawal
Founder & Chairman

Dr. Agrawal, has 32 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology.
He completed his Internal Medicine Residency from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship from the University of Alabama.
Dawn Dobbs
Director of Operations

Dawn Dobbs is one of the founders of Doctors Aco. She brings the expertise of licensed nursing to the organization. Since the start of Doctors Aco in January of 2015, Ms. Dobbs has helped to grow the clinical as well as financial aspect of the Aco.

Brian Edwards
Provider Consultant

Brian joined the Doctors ACO team in July 2019 and oversees the Metro Atlanta area clinics. He leverages over 22+ years of in-depth practice management experience when assisting companies to develop actionable growth strategy, improve fiscal & clinical performance, strengthen operations, and optimize organizational alignment. Providing him a unique understanding of the inner workings of busy medical practices and, as a result, he can easily and efficiently communicate with providers and staff alike.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Saint Leo University, is a Human Services board-certified practitioner (HS-BCP) and currently teaches evening classes for aspiring Medical Assistant students at Gwinnett College.
Raschelle Gordon
Provider Consultant

Raschelle joined Doctors ACO in October 2019 and brings with her managerial experiences from the hospital perspective. She oversees the Athens-area practices in the ACO and is skilled at guiding her clinics towards excellent management of their most vulnerable patients.
​
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from South University and is a Certified National Pharmaceutical Representative.

Derek Pauley
Chief Information Officer
​​Derek is a proven and experienced healthcare leader who prepares Doctors ACO with the best formula for success. As an expert in information management, Derek allows Doctors ACO to leverage healthcare analytics as one of its core competencies.
Derek has a masters degree in Business and Finance and an undergraduate degree in Business and Marketing with Certificate in Philosophy. He believes in constantly learning and improving both professionally and personally.

Louis Morgenier
Chief Financial Officer

Louis has many years of expertise in managing various types of healthcare companies, including leading accountable care organizations in the country. Louis is responsible for the financial management of Doctors ACO and spearheads its new venture decisions.

Louis has a masters degree in Management from Columbia University and a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Michael's College.

Dr. Paul Haver
Medical Director
Dr. Paul Haver has been practicing medicine for 28 years. Dr. Haver graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine in 1986. He practices medicine at Athens Family Medicine in Athens, GA and specializes in Family Medicine.
